Your right to return

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 working days from the delivery date without needing to provide any reasons. You can exercise this right in writing (via letter or email) or, if the item has been handed over to you before the deadline, by simply returning the item.

 

Start of the returns period

The period starts when you receive this information in text form, but not before the goods are delivered to you. For multiple items delivered separately, the period starts with the delivery of the first item. This period also depends on our fulfilment of mandatory legal information obligations under the Consumer Code, legislative decree dated September 6, 2005, no. 206. To meet the deadline, you just need to send your notice or return the item within this period.

Effects of returns

If you withdraw, both parties are required to return any goods or payments received, including any derived benefits (e.g., interests). If you have altered the item you received, either fully or partially, you must pay us compensation. This does not apply if the alteration was solely for examining the item, as you might in a store. To avoid owing compensation for damage, treat the item carefully as if you do not own it and do nothing that could decrease its value. You are responsible for the return shipping costs if the item matches what was ordered.

 

Obligation to refund payments

All payments must be refunded within 30 days. This period starts for you when you send your notice of withdrawal or the item, and for us, when we receive it.
