This is not an original Garmin charging cable, but it works perfectly! I use the cable in the car. There it is plugged into the socket and connected to the navigation system. In this way the battery is charged and I can use the navigation system at the same time. This does not otherwise work in the car with the normal charging cable (USB cable).
